Find Out Why They Aren't Buying

Every page in your funnel either earns a sale or loses one - we audit the difference and tell you exactly where revenue is leaking. Find My Leaks
-

From Diagnosis to Dollars

At Geeks360, we don't run audits that hand you a 200-page PDF nobody reads. We surface the 5 things actually killing your conversions and rank them by revenue impact.

01
We See
What Is Broken

We map every step from first click to checkout. Heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analytics, form analytics. Where users hesitate. Where they bail. Where they almost convert but don't. We see it all - and prove it with data, not guesses.

-
02
We Find the Quick Wins

Not every fix takes 6 months. Some changes - a clearer CTA, a fixed form field, a better trust signal - lift conversions in days. We separate quick wins from strategic plays so your team can ship results this sprint, not next quarter.

-
03
We Build the Roadmap

Audit ends with a prioritized hypothesis list, ranked by impact and effort. Each hypothesis has expected lift, testing methodology, and implementation spec. Your dev team gets tickets ready to build. Your marketing team gets clarity on what to test next.

FAQs

What is a CRO audit and how is it different from a regular UX review? +
A CRO audit is a data-driven analysis of your sales funnel focused on finding revenue leaks - not just usability issues. A UX review tells you what looks bad. A CRO audit tells you what's costing you sales, with evidence from analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings, ranked by revenue impact. We use UX principles, but the deliverable is a prioritized list of hypotheses with expected lift, not a design critique.
How long does a CRO audit take? +
2-3 weeks for most sites. Larger e-commerce stores or sites with complex funnels (multi-step checkouts, B2B lead-gen with long sales cycles) can take 4-5 weeks. Timeline depends on data access - sites with existing GA4, Hotjar, and clean conversion tracking move faster than sites where we have to set up tracking before we can audit.
What tools do you use for the audit? +
GA4, Google Search Console, Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps, session recordings, form analytics. Lookback or UserTesting for qualitative research. Optimizely or VWO for hypothesis testing. We use whatever stack you already have when possible - no need to add new SaaS subscriptions just for the audit.
Do you implement the fixes or just deliver the report? +
Both options. Many clients take the audit roadmap and execute through their internal team. Others want us to project-manage implementation alongside their dev and content teams. We can also pair the audit with our ongoing CRO services, which include continuous testing and optimization beyond the initial audit. Pricing for execution is separate from the audit so you decide what fits your team capacity.
Will you find issues with my e-commerce checkout specifically? +
Yes - checkout flow is one of the highest-leverage audit areas for e-commerce. We audit cart abandonment patterns, checkout step friction, payment method coverage, trust signals, mobile checkout UX, guest vs registered checkout, and post-purchase upsell opportunities. If you run a Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce store, this is often where the biggest revenue gains hide. For broader e-commerce SEO and merchandising audits, see our e-commerce SEO audit.
How is this different from your SEO audit? +
SEO audit focuses on getting traffic in. CRO audit focuses on what happens once traffic arrives. Different methodologies, different deliverables, different fixes. Many clients run both because they solve complementary problems - SEO audit brings the right people to the site, CRO audit makes sure they convert. If you're not sure which to start with, send us your domain and we'll recommend honestly based on where the bigger opportunity is right now.
Do you offer marketing services for large organizations and enterprise teams? +
Yes. Alongside our core services, we run dedicated programs built for the scale and complexity that larger organizations face: thousands of URLs, multiple stakeholders, and the need to tie every channel back to revenue. If you are scaling up or managing a large site, our enterprise marketing services cover technical SEO at scale, programmatic content, conversion optimization, and AI search visibility under one strategy.
