Enterprise SEO Audit
Built for Real Scale

Most "enterprise" audits are just bigger templates. Ours starts with log files, crawl budget, and governance gaps - the issues that actually move the needle on sites with 10,000 to several million URLs. You get a prioritized roadmap your dev, content, and marketing teams can all execute against. Get My Enterprise Audit

At Enterprise Scale the Real Problems
Hide in the Cracks Between Teams.

Your site has 200,000 URLs and your SEO platform shows green. But organic revenue is flat. Why? Because the issues at this scale are not what tools surface by default. Maybe your crawl budget is being burned on faceted navigation that Google should never see. Maybe a CMS migration two years ago left thousands of soft 404s nobody flagged. Tools alone do not catch this. Templated audits do not catch this. We do.

01
Crawl Budget & Log File Analysis

Server log analysis to see what Googlebot actually crawls versus what you want it to. Identify wasted crawl on parameter URLs, faceted navigation, infinite scroll traps, and orphan pages. Crawl budget reallocation strategy for your highest-revenue page templates.

-
02
Local SEO Audit

Google Business Profile completeness, NAP consistency across citations, local pack ranking by neighborhood, review profile, local schema, location landing page quality, geo-targeted content gaps.

-
03
AEO / GEO Audit (AI search visibility)

Where you currently appear (or don't) in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews. llms.txt setup, schema readability for AI crawlers, content structure for citation, branded entity coverage. This is the part most agencies still ignore - and it's already changing how customers find you.

-
04
On-Page & Content Audit

Title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, keyword targeting, search intent matching, content gaps versus top-ranking competitors, thin content, cannibalization, internal linking depth, image and alt-text optimization.

-
05
Backlink Profile Audit

Domain authority, referring domains quality, toxic and spammy links, anchor text distribution, lost backlinks, competitor link gaps, disavow recommendations.

-
06
Competitor Gap Analysis

Keywords your top three competitors rank for and you don't. Content formats winning the SERP. Backlink sources you're missing. Featured snippet opportunities.

-
07
Analytics & Tracking Audit

GA4 setup, GSC integration, goal and event configuration, attribution model sanity check, tag manager hygiene. If your data is wrong, every SEO decision after it is wrong too.

SEO Enterprise Audit FAQ

How is this different from your standard SEO audit? +
Scale changes everything. Our standard SEO audit handles a few hundred to a few thousand URLs and works mostly from third-party tools - the right scope for most SMB and mid-market sites. If you run an online store, our e-commerce SEO audit is the better fit because it focuses on product schema, faceted navigation, and category architecture instead of enterprise-scale infrastructure. Enterprise audit, on the other hand, pulls server logs, runs distributed crawls, segments data by template and region, and outputs reporting layered for executives, working teams, and developers separately. The methodology is different because the problems are different.
What size site qualifies as "enterprise" for this audit? +
Generally 10,000+ indexable URLs, multiple content templates, or operations in 3+ countries or languages. Or any site where SEO ownership is split across teams (product, content, dev, marketing). If you are not sure where you fall, send us your domain and we will tell you straight whether enterprise scope makes sense for you.
Do you need server log access? +
Yes. Log file analysis is core to crawl budget work and we cannot do this audit properly without it. We will sign an NDA before access and we only need 90 days of data. If logs are not available, we can work with cloud platform crawl data (Cloudflare, Akamai, GCP) where applicable.
How long does the full audit take? +
4 to 6 weeks for sites under 100,000 URLs. 6 to 10 weeks for larger or multi-region sites. We move faster when we have full data access from day one and slower when stakeholders are scattered. We will give you an honest timeline after the discovery call, not a sales-deck estimate.
Do you implement the fixes or just hand off the report? +
Both options. Many enterprise clients take the report and execute internally because they have the team. Others want us to project-manage implementation alongside their dev and content teams. Pricing for execution is separate from the audit so you decide based on internal capacity.
Can you audit a site already managed by another agency? +
Yes. This is common for enterprise clients - independent audit before contract renewal, before a CMS migration, or after a traffic drop. We do not undermine other agencies' work for sport. We just tell you what is moving the needle and what is not.
Do you offer marketing services for large organizations and enterprise teams? +
Yes. Alongside our core services, we run dedicated programs built for the scale and complexity that larger organizations face: thousands of URLs, multiple stakeholders, and the need to tie every channel back to revenue. If you are scaling up or managing a large site, our enterprise marketing services cover technical SEO at scale, programmatic content, conversion optimization, and AI search visibility under one strategy.
